Returns

You can cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, when the perfume is unused and the original seal is intact.

Opened or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned, because they are hygiene products. This does not limit your rights if the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

Email parfumhouse@outlook.com with your order number to start a return. You pay the return shipping, unless we sent the wrong or damaged item. Then we cover the return and refund the order.

After the sealed product comes back and is checked, the refund goes to the original payment method.
